Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days for approximately 80% of orders. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days — we will notify you via email if there will be a significant delay.

Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery time is 8-12 business days, depending on your location. Please note these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing (for international orders), or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Zeno Vital is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
Zeno Vital is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or us directly to file a claim.
